Complete Home Birth Care Package
The total cost of our Complete Homebirth Care Package is $7500 and includes:
Comprehensive prenatal care, from the earliest weeks of pregnancy until you go into labor. Hour-long visits are relaxed and unhurried, with plenty of time for questions and getting to know one another
Complete labor, home birth and immediate postpartum care
Lab collection at our office with no need to wait at the lab
Newborn care at birth
Newborn screening tests, including hearing and heart defect screening
Deluxe birth kit and birth supplies
Deluxe birth pool and birth pool supplies
Birth assistant, who assists the midwife, supports you and keeps things clean and tidy
Postpartum care includes one home visit and two to four office visits
Labs and Ultrasound
Labs are billed to your insurance or Medicaid plan.
We prefer Advent Imaging for ultrasound and the cost is your responsibility. It is usually covered by insurance. Other arrangements, including in-home or in-office scans, can be made if desired.
A basic routine lab package is available for $250 for those without insurance. Additional labs are available at a discounted rate.
Prenatal and Postpartum Care Package
The total cost of our Complete Prenatal and Postpartum Care Package for planned hospital birth is $3750 and includes:
Comprehensive prenatal care, from the earliest weeks of pregnancy until you go into labor. Hour-long visits are relaxed and unhurried, with plenty of time for questions and getting to know one another.
Lab collection at our office with no need to wait at the lab.
Postpartum care includes two to four office visits.
More About the Business Side
We are not contracted with any private insurance companies. We will assist you in verifying benefits and will file a claim for you but all fees are your responsibility.
Payment plans are available and we are flexible but all fees must be paid by the 35th week of pregnancy.

Medicaid
We accept Medicaid on for home birth care only for established or repeat patients. New Medicaid patients can receive the same comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care and give birth in the hospital. We occasionally accept new Medicaid patients for home birth but availability is limited.
We are in-network and accept Sunshine Medicaid Managed Care plans.
